You’ve found dining chairs you like. The sofas look good, too. Now you need sunbeds, matching tables, and cushions that work with everything else.
Then the questions start.
Does that chair fit under the table? Is the beige fabric from one supplier the same shade as the beige from another? If you change the sofa size, does the layout still work? And will everything be ready when your project needs it?
If you’re buying furniture for a hotel, resort, or restaurant, choosing the products is only part of the job. Getting all the details to work together can take just as much effort.
That’s where our one-stop outdoor furniture service comes in.
Start with Your Space, Not a Long Product List
You don’t need to have every model picked out before you speak to us.
Have a floor plan? Send it over. A few reference photos or a rough sketch? Those are useful, too.
At Outdoor Whale, we can start with your space and help you work through the furniture layout. Tell us how you want people to use each area, the look you’re going for, and the budget you have in mind.
Maybe you’re furnishing a restaurant terrace where staff move chairs every evening. Or a poolside lounge where guests spend most of the afternoon. Those spaces need different things, even when they belong to the same property.
Starting with those details helps us have a more useful conversation about what to put where.
Bring the Different Areas Together
A project rarely needs just one type of furniture.
You might need dining sets for the restaurant, sofas for a lounge, and sunbeds and side tables around the pool. They don’t all have to look identical. But you probably want them to feel like they belong in the same place.
Our range includes chairs, leisure seating, tables, garden sofas, sunbeds, parasols, and dining sets, so we can discuss those areas together.
For example, if you like the look of a lounge chair, we can also talk about the table and sofa choices around it. That gives you a chance to look at the whole arrangement before you settle on individual pieces.
It’s much easier to ask, “Does this all work together?” while you’re still choosing.
Work Through the Details Before They Become Changes

“This sofa looks right, but can we discuss a different size?”
“Do you have a fabric that’s closer to our color scheme?”
“What finish would work with the rest of the terrace?”
These are exactly the kinds of questions worth bringing up early.
Outdoor Whale offers OEM and ODM support. We can discuss the available options for materials, fabrics, finishes, and other project requirements.
As you make those choices, the important thing is to keep them tied to the right products. Which fabric goes on which sofa? Which finish applies to the chairs? What dimensions have been agreed?
Getting those details clear before production gives everyone a better reference to work from.
Take a Closer Look Before Placing the Bulk Order
A catalog photo can help you choose a style. It can’t answer every question.
You may want a better sense of the proportions, a closer look at the finish, or a chance to check how the chair feels with the table you’ve chosen.
Our process includes sample or 3D mockup confirmation before mass production. We’ll discuss which approach makes sense for the details you need to review.
If a physical sample is agreed, use that opportunity to sit in it, check the dimensions, and ask your team to handle it. If you’re reviewing a 3D mockup, focus on the layout, proportions, and design details it shows.
Then put the approved choices in writing. That way, when the order moves forward, both sides know what has been agreed.
Talk About Timing Early
“When can we get it?” is a question we should discuss at the beginning.
Your opening date matters. So does the time needed to confirm samples, arrange production, inspect the goods, and organize transport.
Our service process covers production, inspection, packaging, and delivery planning. As the order takes shape, we can work through the timing and confirm the arrangements with you.
Tell us where the furniture needs to go and when the space needs to be ready. If different areas are opening at different times, bring that up, too.
The earlier we understand the plan, the sooner we can discuss what needs to happen next.
You Don’t Have to Figure It All Out First
You may already have a detailed furniture schedule. Or you may just know that you need to furnish a terrace and aren’t sure where to start.
Either way, we can begin with what you have.
Send us your layout, a few pictures of the style you like, your estimated quantities, and your target date. Tell us what you’re unsure about. That’s often the most useful place to start.
